Mey S. Saephan, MS - LMFT
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 28 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where clients can gain insight, develop practical tools, and experience meaningful growth and healing.
My approach is tailored to the unique needs of each individual and integrates evidence-based therapies with compassion, cultural sensitivity, and respect for each person's values and life experiences. My professional training includes EMDR, Flash Technique, Lifespan Integration, the Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT), and LENS Neurofeedback. As a LENS Certified Provider, I incorporate neurofeedback as one of several tools to support emotional regulation, resilience, and overall well-being when appropriate.
In addition to my clinical work, I have served as a Clinical Supervisor for developing therapists, presented workshops in both faith-based and community settings, and provided written, oral, and simultaneous interpretation services in the Mien language. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside people as they pursue healing, stronger relationships, and a more fulfilling life.
